Our Dry Elderberry Table wine is the result of nearly twenty years experience. We use wild harvested Sambucus Canadensis as well as berries from our cultivated shrubbery at the winery. Growing our own allows us to pick them at their prime, which makes a world of difference in the quality of the wine.
